STAGING IS INCLUDED IN EVERY LISTING! Renata Martello, SRS, ABR is a REALTOR who combines her love for the industry with her passion for Interior Design. Buying her first house at 21 ignited her interest in Real Estate. With her many years of experience combined with her knowledge in Interior Design, Renata is uniquely equipped to help Sellers make their houses more attractive and get the most value for their homes. When it comes to purchasing your new home, Renata sees helping clients find the right house to call home as an exciting and rewarding process. Her dedication to her clients and love of helping others are what motivate Renata most. As an experienced agent, Renata understands that buying and/or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions in a client’s life and views representation and guidance of her clients through this process as a true privilege. Renata obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a minor in International Business from West Chester University in Pennsylvania, and also completed the Interior Design & Home Styling Certification from TrendiMi. Along with her degree, Renata had the honor to be the only recipient chosen to receive the “Outstanding Senior Award” from the Management Department of WCU. As a Brazilian native, Renata speaks Portuguese, as well as conversational Spanish. Renata lives in Media with her three kids, her fiancé and their new puppy.

Renata helped guide us through buying our first home while moving from another state. She is very knowledgeable about the home buying process and local market, helping us every step of the way. When weren’t sure if we should make an offer on a house, in case something “better” might come along, she took the extra step to show us what comparable houses had gone for over the past year in the area. Having this information and knowing Renata was negotiating on our side helped us feel confident in making an offer. Once it was accepted, she worked with us to get all of our paperwork completed, helping us stay on top of everything and ensuring the process went smoothly. We love our new home and are happy we found Renata to work with to get us here. She went above and beyond, and we look forward to working with her again in the future.

Renata helped us with the purchase of our dream home! She was very patient with the first and subsequent showings and answered all of our concerns about the condition of the property. Not only is she knowledgeable about real estate, she’s finance savvy. She took the time to prepare spreadsheets with closing costs and even took extra steps to make us aware of other household expenses we were about to take on, since we are new to the township. But what we are most thankful for was her ability to persuade the seller. We were in a multiple offer situation and were about to lose the house we so desired, but she came through for us! She was compelling and she made it happen. We have resided there for 6 months now and couldn't be happier with the home, neighbors and the neighborhood. We love it here. Renata has sold two of my houses and I have purchased several investment properties through Renata. I knew one of the houses would be a tough sale, but she pointed a few things that would make the house more attractive. She was spot on! I've moved a few times and have worked with several different agents, but since my friend referred Renata to help me sell my house a couple of years ago, she has been my Realtor ever since. I was in a hurry to sell and Renata came to my rescue. She is an agent with a great ability to arrange a home in order to make it appealing to a buyer. She did a walkthrough prior to listing and brought to light potential weak points that needed to be addressed. She came over one day before a scheduled showing to help me tidy up cluttered spaces and rearrange the living space that made the house look cozy and neat. I find her to be very involved and proactive. She definitely has a flare for interior design. In addition, she was able to come up with a few quick improvements that made the façade of the home pop!
