John McFadden was recommended to us by another professional when it came time to sell my late father's home.  From start to finish it was clear why this man and his team were recommended.  John met with us in short order after the initial phone call, and he was a pleasure to deal with - not hyper or putting us under pressure at all.  He gave an honest assessment of the house - positive, but not blowing any sunshine up our skirts just to get the contract.  He has been dealing with Springfield properties for many years and really knows the area.  He did a great deal of research for us on the current homes for sale, as well as other facts and figures, and that was before we even signed a contract with him.
Once we listed with John, he did a great job of guiding us through the process.  He sent bi-weekly reports with feedback from buyers, and he would make suggestions about next steps to take without being pushy, and without forgetting that we were the ones who had the final decision.  He's a good teacher and explained how things worked and why a certain change or action would be better than another, and we always felt like he had our best interest at heart.
When we found a buyer, John fought hard for us, and his instincts about the buyer's possible responses were right on the money.  He and his team dealt with some stressful situations with good humor and amazing efficiency, and they answered our many questions with patience and kindness.  They are dedicated, hard-working, honest professionals and I would recommend them to anyone with no reservations.
