Called on a Monday and scheduled service for that Wednesday. Was able to move the appointment up to that Tuesday. So I got next day service. The technician (Mase?) was punctual, friendly and professional. He did a great job on 2 rooms of wall to wall carpeting and an oriental area rug. He was able to get black stains out of a carpet in my daughter's room. My wife and I liked that there are no toxic chemicals, no odor, and the drying time is very quick. Outstanding service and results for a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use or recommend Oxymagic again.
