I can't go into pricing for this company, as my corporate office paid the invoice. As for quality, service and professionalism, these guys are fantastic! The showed up right on time with all the proper equipment to quickly and efficiently clean eleven 8' x 20' windows inside and out, plus they took the time to clean the little pane windows in between all of our offices! There wasn't a drop of water or soap left behind and they were very courteous when it came to making sure our working environment wasn't disturbed even whent he ladders were up. I'd certainly reccommend this company for any window job!

Came on time, were very professional and did a fantastic job

Todd called when he was on his way to my house to give me some notice since he had given me an hour window of when he would arrive. Todd came with 2 other guys to wash 30 windows which included my small rowhouse and my 2 neighbors' houses . We each paid $200, but since we live in Queen Village, it needed to be worth his while to come into Philly from Media. He was on time, courteous, fastidious and fairly priced , especially for the quality of work he did. He did not use excuses ( as others have done) to not wash windows with security bars on the outside or to balance on a ladder to get to the hard to reach interiors our 3rd floor windows. He did a great job on ALL the windows of our houses.

The owner, Todd, was very responsive, and worked hard to reach me despite challenges with my availability. He was able to give me an estimate over the phone, and asked enough questions to ensure that it would be accurate. The job took three men approximately 4.5 hours, and the work was impeccable. The guy in charge, Brad, was very professional, organized and supervised the others very well. He inspected all of the windows at the end and cleaned up any spots or smears left from the edges of their tools. I am so happy with the results!

I hate to admit this, and would not suggest doing as I did, but the day I phoned to schedule an appointment, Todd happened to have an opening the next morning. Wanting to get the task out of the way, I scheduled the job despite the fact that I had to leave work 45 minutes after the workers arrived. This left no one to oversee the job and the house completely open! I told them that I d be back later to lock up. When I stopped back later, I found that the guys actually locked up for me! Not only that, the windows looked fantastic AND they were kind to my dog. The only thing I would have changed is the fact that the rubbery part of the window (when looking in from the outside) that holds a lot of mildew and leaves black-like markings didn t look cleaned, but I don t think that this was part of the estimate. Other than that, I was very happy with the work.

I have already spoken to the owner about hiring him again to do some additional work for me. They were on-time, worked from the moment they arrived until the moment they left. They always took off their shoes coming in and out of the house, and were very polite. They also cleaned up after themselves blowing debris off of the patios, and vacuuming anything tracked into the house. They also took care of little details without even asking: where paint needed to be scrapped off of the glass, they did it; a light bulb was out in a hard to reach spot, they asked me for a replacement, and they took care of it. While cleaning the inside of the skylights, they saw dust on a ceiling fan, and washed it clean; where they saw mud in the slider tracks, they washed it out; where there were cobwebs in spaces reachable from the ladder, they wiped them out. All those little finishing touches were done, and he even reduced the price when two of the windows were smaller than he anticipated!
