Steve was courteous, professional, on-time, and went above and beyond the original scope of work. For example, while painting the balcony sliding door frames, Steve rolled flat and repositioned the balcony rubber mat that was lifted up in multiple places by strong winds which I was too lazy to correct myself for many days. He did this as a favor to me without asking, which I really appreciated. I am very pleased with Steve's work and will recommend his service to my friends and neighbors.

The work was done in a timely manner, however they had to come back and repaint several areas because they were not paintend completely. They did not prime even though it was stated in the con tract. The power washing was very good.

"We came back in a timely manner to do a very minor touch up. The deck that we did for this homeowner was majorly neglected and needed an additional coat of stain (the stain manufacture only specifies one coat). We did The additional coat for free (labor and material), and in a timely manner. Priming it was done completely before any painting was done. The homeowner was not home during this project, so I'm not even sure how this false claim could be made? Our work is guaranteed for three years. It is the best in the Industry. We rarely get called back to address areas missed, as we thoroughly check our work at the end of each project."

Overall, I was very pleased with the workmanship and the clean up was excellent. Prompt scheduling an appointment and doing the work more than met my expectations.
