John Hartman Construction did a fantastic job overall and I am very pleased with the quality of their work. The initial project was a small remodel and repair due to termite damage. It quickly expanded into a full scale remodeling project as the extent of the infestation was uncovered. The team was very competent, responsive, hard working and professional. Communication was excellent, especially since the project scope kept changing and evolving. They communicated findings during the demo process, provided recommendations and solutions and worked very hard (including a weekend or two, as needed). The cost was slightly higher than anticipated, but the workmanship and overall experience exceeded my expectations. I intend to hire this contractor in the future for additional remodeling work.

John Hartman Construction did an excellent job, he is very particular with his work and is on the job from start to finish. John is very conscience of his employees and their work.
