Our experience was very disappointing. Main problems include: 1) Cost cutting. Joe will try very hard to lower costs for himself and alter the plans on which the original estimate was based. 2) Since his company does nothing himself, all of the work is subcontracted. His subcontractors were complaining about him as he squeezed them for cost savings. 3) The quality of the work does not match the price. Often times the work was sloppy and cost cutting all too obvious, including uneven floors, walls, trims, cheap paint work, etc. Joe will talk your ear off but has repeatedly failed to follow through with his promises to correct things. 4) No cleanup or adjustments. I did all the adjustments such as crooked outlets, registers etc myself after we got no response from Joe. I cleaned up everything myself after getting tired of waiting for them to do it. 5) Huge delays (about 3 months total!), in part because of mistakes that needed to be corrected that caused further disruptions of the schedule. 6) Although promises were made verbally about follow up after completion of the project, we got zero responses when things needed to be corrected or fixed. In sum: this company is overpriced, does poor quality work, and will not stand by the work once it is complete. We strongly recommend working with someone else.

Always great! Very professional, high quality, terrific to work with.

Pat was a gem. She helped me in so many ways. She even helped me to find a contractor and an appliance sales center. She is so talented and very creative. I love the way my kitchen now looks. I think she is very skilled at what she does. The services she provides you with are always prompt. She always returns calls and you are never left hanging. She is the interior designer I would use again in the future since she did such a fabulous job with my kitchen.

Jerry was very good about following the directions of my interior designer. HE did quite a bit of work for me in a rather small area. The work was very detailed and absolutely through. He really did not miss one thing. He was always timely and punctual. He stuck with the footprint and layout I wanted and he was just great. I would highly recommend him to other people because he is probably the best there is when it comes to redoing kitchens.
