It was fine.

Teresa came and was great. She really knew her stuff and had suggestions and creative ideas. I had $10k budget and Teresa worked with it & I know it wasn't easy. The guys showed up on time everyday. Respectful, sweet, cleaned up every night, playful with kids, careful about not letting cats out, HARD WORKING, worked quietly. Pleasure having them in the house. In fact, Teresa I need work done in my house! I just moved!

Honey Fix it arrived on time, provided floor coverings, worked all day, both days with only 1/2 hour lunch break. Could not be more courteous, clean or professional, not to mention perfectionists- the leveling of the floor was meticulously monitored. All was cleaned up completely. Floor looks beautiful and will stay that way now that it is properly installed.

We have used them before for a number of smaller home maintenance jobs, and this was the first big one.  The estimate was complete and completed in a timely manner on budget.  The staged the work to minimize the disruption of our lives.  Their craftsmanship was meticulous and the result is beautiful.  Teresa was able to show us a number of previous jobs to give us ideas and was able to guide us in our choices of patterns and laid it out for us for our approval before installation to make certain it was what we wanted.  I would recommend her to others without hesitation.

Teresa was extremely helpful and informed in her assessment of the job. The estimate for the work was done in a timely manner and was very fair.  The workers were punctual, extremely neat, respectful and incredibly hard working. This job was done in four days and no detail went unnoticed.
Honey Fix It surpassed my expectations in every aspect of the job. I intend to use their company for any future projects that arise, and certainly highly recommend their services.

It was a little hard getting our schedules together but after we did the job went very well.

I used them a few years ago. They were a little expensive but were excellent. I will use them again in the future.

Great - Came the next day after contact them -  I got the bid via email and they did the work the same week.

Arrived a bit late the second day due to an injury of one of the crew in their shop. They completely covered everything that needed covering before doing any work. At the end of each day/job they cleaned each work area of all debris. Overall the workers were pleasant and very friendly. Teresa, owner and estimator, is extremely nice and accurate with her estimate.

Their price is reasonable. The quality of their work is good. Their customer service is great. I will use them again in the future.

Overall, work done pretty good. Color of screws used to rehang shutters didn't match. OK but would have been better if ask color of shutters and came with screws that don't have silver shiny heads. You pay for 2 hours minimum. They charged me for 1.5 hours only which I appreciated. On this job, I paid for tech and assistant to tech. Tech - $95/hr and asst tech at $45/hr. I don't know if 2 workers are always assigned to a job but that would be a question to ask. They were going to clean my gutters but couldn't due to the low temperatures so I expected 2 workers to show up on this job. Customer service was very good. You get a call back from the owner. She is very friendly.

THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK AND THEY STUCK TO THE ORIGINAL PRICES THAT WERE ESTIMATED. THE JOB LOOKS FINE AND HAS NO PROBLEMS. THE WORK HAS BEEN GOOD AND SATISFACTORY.

THE WORK THAT WAS DONE WAS DONE WELL, FOR THE MOST PART (ALTHOUGH ONE OUTDOOR FLOODLIGHT STOPPED WORKING A FEW WEEKS AFTER IT WAS REPLACED). OTHERWISE, THE EXPERIENCE WAS ATROCIOUS. THE APPOINTMENT WAS TENTATIVE: UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE THEY COULD POSTPONE. WORSE, EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD THE LIST WELL AHEAD OF TIME, THEY PUT US IN FOR AN AFTERNOON, KNOWING THAT A FULL DAY WAS NEEDED. THEY ALSO OFFERED A 10% DISCOUNT ON ALL WORK DONE AFTER THE FIRST TWO HOURS, BUT ONLY AT THE END OF THE DAY DID I LEARN THAT THE DISCOUNT WAS NOT CARRIED OVER INTO THE SECOND DAY. THUS IT WAS APPLIED TO ONLY TWO HOURS OF WORK. THAT RESTRICTION WAS LISTED NOWHERE ON THE DISCOUNT COUPON OR ON THEIR WEBSITE. I COMPLAINED TO THE WORKER WHO TRIED TO CALL THE MANAGER AT THE OFFICE BUT THERE WAS NO ANSWER. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO CALL BACK TO SCHEDULE A SECOND DAY, BUT NEVER DID. I SHOULD HAVE PAID ONLY A PORTION OF THE BILL, BUT WASN'T WISE ENOUGH TO SEE WHAT WAS COMING (OR NOT COMING, AS IT WERE!).
