The painting staff was on time and ready to work. They were efficient, organized, clean, obviously experienced and competent. They came up with some innovative ideas which facilitated the completion of the job. Larry explained how the work would proceed, understood what we were trying to achieve and gave us a fair price estimate. The total price of the job was within the ballpark of the estimate. We will certainly employ their services again and will recommend them to friends and family!!

Larry and his entire team provided the expertise, professionalism, and flexibility we really needed for our project. The general contractor we hired for our kitchen and family room renovation did not have a painter, so we vetted several painters and chose Larry/Fresh Coat of Media. From the start Larry provided us with a confident feeling he could manage within our general contractor's timelines, and he did. At times working on weekends to make sure the walls and ceiling were prepped and ready for the next phases of our project. We could not have been more pleased with their pace of work, their attention to details, and ultimately the outcome which are the best the ceilings, walls, and trim have looked ever!

Fresh Coat painted about 2,800 sq ft in five days with a crew of four people. This included a lot of prep work like removing chair rails, hardware on the walls, and large patch jobs. They took care to protect the floors and items in the room by taping special paper down throughout the rooms, laid drop cloths, and covered everything with plastic. I'm very happy with the work - the house is completely transformed. The crew always showed up on time and ended on time. They were friendly, courteous, helpful - everything you'd want a stranger to be when you leave them alone in your house for a week! I really appreciated how mindful they were of how we were still living in all the areas being painted (since the whole house was being done at the same time). This crew really went above and beyond to make sure the house looked great, even painting some trim and other areas that needed touching up. The owner, Larry, was at the house every morning to check on progress. We also were in communication daily via text, phone, and email. Larry was incredibly patient and understanding. He'll answer every question you have quickly and thoughtfully. He's very responsive which I found to be helpful when working together on such a large project.

From the beginning, Larry and his team were true professionals. Larry is a very dedicated and hands-on business owner. He and his staff, Tracey and Pedro, are extraordinary. Recommendation was spot on! Deck looks as good as possible given age and fact that it faces North. The two people who came to do the work were Ami and Brian. They were meticulous applying the stain and ensured that everything below the deck was covered. They cleaned up perfectly and could not have been more polite. Highly recommend this vendor.

We had a positive and great experience. My call was answered immediately and the appointment to go over the project was made for that same week. We chose the paint colors with input from Larry who manages the company. He was in constant contact with us about scheduling of our work and came by to introduce me to the painter and walked with us through the project. Over the two day project, Tracy did a wonderful job in excruciating hot weather. One set of shutters required minor repair and re-attachment to the house. They all required scraping off of years of old paint. Exterior caulking was done in areas that required it. Tracey was very thorough and her attention to detail was great. She was on time and very professional. Everything looks so fresh!

Beyond our expectations. From first interaction, Larry was professional. Quote was easy to navigate and read, we knew exactly what we were getting and how much it cost. Each text/email was replied to promptly and work began on time. The crew worked extra hard to prep the walls, kept the workspace clean, and were professional and friendly. The painting was impeccable, the walls look brand new!

Awesome. They did a great job, took great care of the property, accommodated our urgent schedule and changes (increases) in project scope, and gave regular updates on the project via voice (phone), text, and photos. Could not have been better. PS: I am not a friend or relative writing this I just found Fresh Coat via internet search.

They did an OUTSTANDING job. They came out to pressure wash the deck and then we had about two straight weeks of rain. Larry was very good at contacting me every night to let me know if they were able to come out the following day - great communication. I have a very busy schedule so I like working with someone who I don't feel like I need to check in with - Larry was very dependable and the entire team was very reliable. He promptly answered all of my emails and went above and beyond on a few items. I had searched around to ensure I was getting a good service and though these guys were a tad bit more expensive (with $100-200), it was well worth the money. The extra money included a thorough cleaning of the deck and two coats of paint. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. A pleasure to work with!

Larry provided consistent top-notch customer service for the duration of my time working with him. He contacted me soon after I expressed an interest in hiring a painter, came to my home and very promptly provided a detailed quote. Scott & Jen painted the the exterior of my home. They paid exceptional attention to detail and in the few cases where I brought something to their attention, there was never an issue with rectifying it. Like most homeowners, I hire a fair number of contractors to fix issues and maintain my home in any given year, and I've had experiences ranging from having to sue a contractor for damage done to my home to this one which is undoubtedly the best experience that I've had with a contractor in a very long time - if not ever. Given the experience that I had, it would be easy to assume that the price that we paid was probably high. However, of the 3 estimates that we received, we received the best price from Fresh Coat of Media and they beat the other estimates by ~$1,500. Fresh Coat Painters of Media are fair, honest, patient, responsive and overall committed to a positive customer service experience. I don't know that I've ever found all of those qualities in one contractor and would highly recommend them.

Fresh Coat is very professional and courteous. Once I explained what needed to be done, he took his measurements and via email, send me a quote right away. Once I electronically signed the contract, within few days, he sent his whole team to completely paint the inside of my house. Their quality of work is number 1. Even the next day, he stopped by and took care of minor task. Thanks you so much your fast service and quality of work and professionalism.

Larry got back to us right away and was able to work with our schedule. Larry met us the day of and introduced us to the painter, Scott; Scott did an excellent job on the ceilings, even able to feather in a 6 year old water stain from a skylight that we replaced. The job was definitely a full day's worth of work and Scott was meticulous about setting up so that there was no mess and cleaning up before he hit the road. He also made sure we looked at everything together before he left. Larry also followed up with us via text afterwards to ensure we were pleased - we were! Would definitely work with them again.
