Dee's All About Cleaning

Dee and her team are fantastic.  They are both thorough and efficient (traits not always easy to come by).  It has been such a relief and a gift, to know they will BE THERE and that my house will be clean and smell great. I have 2 dogs and she gets ALL the dog hair. She has shown up very consistently and called if she was going to be late.  Dee comes 2X per month and is very affordable (and I shopped around!).  Dee has been very responsive as I've had additional requests for cleaning. We simply negotiate additional fee and it's done!  She was also flexible with cleaning products (I am very sensitive to certain smells).  She is very pleasant, high energy and fun to have around!  I have recommended her to my friends and give her a solid "A"!

First cleaning is tough and the team, Dee and her daughter, did an excellent job! Spent time to do the job right: Bathrooms, kitchen... sparkled! We have glass tables and they also looked great. They were gentle with the nick-knacks, arrived on-time, stayed 4 hours as opposed to the 3 hours we agreed, to do the job right. I gave them an extra $20 for staying longer.

I needed my home cleaned before a party. This service rescheduled and then was many hours late on the day of the party. I contacted them multiple times that day and was given multiple times by which they'd arrive and they kept pushing it back. When they finally arrived, they failed to use their time well. They were still here working when my first guests arrived and did not complete the work.

Clean very well not just top cleaning.  Will do whatever you ask.

I called Dee because I was unhappy with my previous house cleaner.  I got a few estimates, but for some reason felt most comfortable with Dee.  I am so glad I picked her because I couldn't be happier with the results.  It is just she and her daughter, so I know who will be here every time; same time every two weeks.  They are very thorough, reasonably priced, honest, and reliable.  The house looks and smells fantastic when they are finished!

She did a thorough and did more than I expected.  Very timely, trustworthy, honest, you won’t have to be afraid of leaving her in your home. Extremely punctual, and business like, and not too expensive at all.
