Although we live in Philadelphia, we take my 1969 Schwinn Breeze bicycle to Cycle Sport, in Media, because they provide excellent service for a fair price. Additionally, they treat women customers with respect.
So far, I have had my bicycle in for the following: adjustment to the rear wheel when the rear mudguard was rubbing against it; new cables; and a new 3-speed shift mechanism. Each time, the staffers have explained things fully to us. They are courteous and polite. The last time, when the staffer replaced my shift mechanism, he came up with a plastic cover as well.
My husband and I have been looking for a place like this for more than twenty years. My Schwinn was built to last and does, with the service we encounter here. I recommend it fully.
