Crawford Irrigation

This review is about the annual maintenance program (spring start-up and winterization) only. I moved into my current house three years ago and continued to use Crawford irrigation as they were taking care of the irrigation system at the property for the previous home owner. The work is okay - no complaints there. However the price went up every year, from $200 to $250 to now $400, way above market rate. Looking for a new contractor now and feeling that I wasted my loyalty on this company.

A-OK! They know the products they service well, are professional and courteous, punctual, and quick to respond to service calls (even on a Saturday!). Their annual contract was a little more than what I was paying with the last company I had, but I feel I get better service with Crawford, so I'll continue to use them.

Called to get estimate to replace sprinkler conrol box. Beau gave estimate over the phone, was able to replace box right away, instructed us how to use new controls. Since he was so professional, we asked for estimate to replace broken section of our system. He gave reasonable estimate, did the work quickly. We were so pleased with his efficiency that we used his service to open and close our system until we moved. Recommended him to our home buyers.

Initial consultation was very easy to set-up. Beau kept me updated on scheduling and was punctual and professional. The company arranged to have gas lines marked. The crew was able to do the work without anyone being home which I really appreciated. Afterward, they cleaned up to the point where I couldn't even tell anyone had been there. They ended up replacing old plastic pipes which wasn't in the initial estimate however I wasn't charged for this additional work. After installing, Beau came back the next weekend to show us how to operate the system. Overall easy and painless process.

He also has a yearly maintenance program, which we took him up on. He is on top of things and he always comes out to talk to my husband, as he’s the one who takes care of the lawn work. He is very accommodating of our schedule. He came out and did the work right away and was great.

Very professional, performs work with high attention detail and is punctional.  Overall, the best company I have worked with in a long time for home projects.  Beau is the best.   A, highly recommended.
