We liked Chuck Bonner from the moment he came to survey our needs and provide an estimate for the work. He was very thorough in his inspection of our 16 year old cedar shake roof and the loose roof ridges. Regarding the leak, he discovered nearly undetectable rot on the outside sill of a small window in a room above the den, and did not feel that the leak came from the roof. Another roofer in the past had made some minor repairs to the roof in order to fix the leak but the problem was not corrected. A carpenter subsequently confirmed that the sill was the source of the leak and has now repaired the sill. Chuck and his foreman, Lester, replaced the multiple ridges and several loose shingles. We were very impressed by their efficiency and careful work on our roof. Bonner Master Roofing is a first class operation. We highly recommend them for any roofing needs!

I called Bonner Master Roofing to make arrangements for them to determine the source of a leak. They came the same day that I called and showed me pictures of the problem areas on my roof. They provided me with several options: fix the immediate problem only and address the rest of the roof using a short or a longer term solution. I went with the long term option which involved re-flashing areas on the roof (perimeter drain, sewer pipe, etc.), applying a microsealant membrane and seal coating the entire roof with a urethane waterproof UV reflective sealer. They also reinstalled a shingle that had come loose from the front roof line. I had to wait about 12 days before they could do the work due to outside temperatures and bad weather (they covered this with me when they did the evaluation). We've had several bad snow/rain/wind storms since they did the work and it seems to have done the trick as I have not seen any leaks since. I am very pleased with the work they did and would use them again.

Ok so I had an emergency at my home. I received a call from my daughter telling me that water was coming into the back bedroom while it was pouring outside. Called Bonner Master and asked how soon he could get there. I was told as soon as the rain stopped he would be right out. A couple hours go by and poof, here they are. He comes up introduces himself (very neatly dressed, but looks like he is ready to work). A short while later he returns from the roof with pictures and a detailed description on what was wrong and what was my best course of action to fix. Couple hours later, roof was repaired and ready to go! No mess left behind and my cost was a couple dollars less than the quote. Fast, Courteous and Fair. Would not hesitate to call again!

The entire experience from start to finish was made simple by the owner, Chuck Bonner. Chuck kept me informed every step of the way, and explained the process and repair in great detail. It’s comforting to know I finally found a company that can handle any roofing situation I may have.

The job went smoother than expected. The addition of the black metal roof really gave it the finishing touch to what was a rather bland looking front.

In my opinion they were terrific and Chuck the owner was very good at communicating with me and my wife. He helped us understand what needed to be done and how he would do it. Im so happy they fix my issue.
