Bob is a stand out real estate agent. He assisted me in buying my first home in 5/2007. Bob was straightforward about everything and helped me tremendously by pointing out and educating me on owning a home. He's been in the business at least ten years (if not more) and is extremely knowledgeable. He let me look at the homes and take my time and would not "sell me." He did not pressure me or intimidate me into purchasing a home with a higher cost. He consistently responded to my phone calls and emails within 24 hours - some within the hour. He did not pressure me into using "his people" for our mortgage or home inspection. He consistently put my needs first. He answered all of my questions thoroughly both big and small. His upfront honest approach reassured me throughout the whole home buying process. He's now helping me sell my first home and purchase a new one. Once again Bob has risen to the occasion educating me on how to sell the first home and then purchase the second. Because of his many years of experience and his open approach I have a tremendous amount of trust in Bob. He knows his neighborhoods inside and out which has helped us narrow down where to look for our next home. I cannot say enough!
