Slow in the begining but okay. The past year has been horrible.

They couldn t get my pool up and running and they gave me a whole bunch of excuses. They ended up tearing a hole in the liner. It was a double liner, and when I called about the problems that I was having, he accused me of doing the damage myself so that I could get the service for free. It was supposed to be up and running in May and it was not until the end June. They were nasty.

AFTER MANY PHONE CALLS AND SEVERAL BROKEN PROMISES TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT THE POOL TO GIVE US AN ESTIMATE, WE WERE TOLD WE HAD TO PAY $200 DEPOSIT BEFORE THEY WOULD MEASURE THE POOL AND GIVE US AN ESTIMATE. ONCE WE GAVE THEM THE $200 DEPOSIT, WE HAD TO MAKE SEVERAL CALLS BEFORE WE RECEIVED THE ESTIMATE. THEN WE HAD TO GIVE THEM OVER $1000 BEFORE THEY WOULD AGREE TO DO THE JOB IN THE SPRING. SPRING CAME, WE STARTED TO CALL TO SEE WHEN THEY WOULD COME AND DO THE JOB. EACH PHONE CALL LEAD TO A STALL TACTIC WITH CONFLICTING INFORMATION ON EACH CALL. "WE HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL IT GETS HOT, DRAIN THE POOL, OH NO, DON'T DRAIN THE POOL IT HAS TO HAVE SOME WATER, CAN'T GIVE YOU AN APPOINTMENT UNTIL IT IS COMPLETELY EMPTY." WHEN THEY DID FINALLY PUT US ON THE SCHEDULE THE JOB WAS DONE AND CLEANED UP IN A DAY AND LOOKS GREAT.
