It went well. He was very responsive to my calls, came when he said he would, did what he said he would, and charged what he said he would. I was very pleased overall.

Very well. I called around to find someone to replace an old wooden bilco door. A lot of places didn't do them. Alan replied in a few days and said he could do it. The door needed to be special ordered, so it took a few weeks to arrive, but he kept me posted regarding the progress. The installation took less time than expected and they did a really good job.

There was a mix up with the door (at the factory) and although it wasn't Alan's fault he truly felt bad that it was changing our time line of getting the work done. When he was out to install it, he was very thorough. After he was done he was so careful in the cleanup! Since we have a toddler, we really appreciate knowing that our little guy wasn't going to walk on something sharp! The door and replaced trim look great!!

Alan was very prompt in returning calls and coming to give an estimate. He is friendly and very professional. He and his team showed up each day on time. When finished they left everything super clean. We are very pleased with how everything came out.
