The one thing that was really wonderful...he cleaned up everyday ! No contractor does that...but Dave does ! When the job was completed he wiped everything down and swiped the floor with a wet cloth. He was so neat with his tools which he stored in our garage. A really great contractor !
I have already scheduled him for to more jobs...replacing a window and repairing our shed.
