He came the next day to check the unit. It needed replaced. He called the company and verified it was still under warranty. He ordered a replacement, assured me it would continue working ok for the next several days. 3 business days later he was there to install my new unit. It wasn't a rush job. He seems to know what he is doing and does an excellent job. I had to pay for parts and labor but the heating unit was free. $50 of what I paid was for a new 6 year warranty on the replacement water heater. I'm also getting an estimate from him to replace a 15+ year old water softener.

Unlike other companies, he gave a free estimate. He came out the next day and checked out the job. He then said I may need a repair or need a new unit. The next day, he let me know that I needed a new unit. He was so meticulous. You could take a picture of his work, once he is done, and it would look like an artist's painting. He spent 3 hours because he ran in to a couple of issues, but he did a great job. I can't say enough about how hard he worked to make sure everything was right. I have never seen anyone work like that before.
