Architectural Service
The drawings and specifications were incomplete. Significant increase in fees from original estimate. Had to pay additional senior architect and draftsman to revise and complete all drawings. Engineer refused to redesign systems that bid very expensively. Specifications were incomplete. Public bid requirements were not met. Expected lower construction costs. Project could not proceed. Litigation expected.
