"I'm very sorry to hear that no one returned your calls. Please, accept out sincere apologies as we have recently had some staffing changes and inadvertently missed returning your call. Should you need further assistance, you can also e-mail [email protected]. Again, we do apologize."
"I have to say how sincerely sorry we are to hear this. I apologize I didn't catch this negative review sooner. This is no excuse, but 2012 was one of the busiest summers we've had in 10 years and we unfortunately were sub contracting work out because of the overwhelming demand for flooring that year. This is not how our company does business and our A rating on the better business website should prove that. Our company would never purposely not install a product , we are not thieves. I can only assume they were embarrassed once they realized they forgot to put it in , but that is still no excuse. As far as the hole behind the refrigerator there is not excuse for this either and I am deeply sorry. Had we been notified we would've rectified it. Sometimes accidents happen and it occasionally gets forgotten to be taken care of because of putting the house back together quickly before leaving. Unfortunately things like this sometimes slip through the cracks and it's devastating to a small business owner and we are sick to know this all happened. I can offer my sincerest apologies but I know that doesn't make up for what happened. We are extremely sorry this happened and can honestly assure you this was due to a high demand and using sub contractors that let us down and gave our company a bad name in your eyes."
"I am very sorry to just now be hearing of your negative experience with our company. This is no excuse but 2012 was our busiest year in 10 years so we unfortunately had to hire sub contractors due to the overwhelming demand. That obviously led to a few things being overlooked and I apologize because our company does pride itself in covering floors and furniture etc. Also, the director of sales is no longer with our company because he was over booking jobs and wasn't getting back to customers and we didn't even know it. Your issue with him is an exact example as to why he isn't with us anymore and I apologize that we personally , as the business owners never found out. The subcontractors have been told for years now not to smoke near a customers house. I am working full time myself as the business owner so unfortunately I can't be there babysitting grown men. They know the rules and I am sorry they disobeyed them. Your experience, though you rated us as a D is not characteristic of our company. Unfortunately the high demand for flooring that year lead to some oversights and I am extremely sorry you had a bad experience with our company that is not characteristic of who we are or how we do business."
