My wife and I have purchased a total of 4 Saturns from Sutliff Saturn in Mechanicsburg. When Saturn went out of business (sadly because we love ours), we were transferred over to Sutliff Cadillac for the remainder of our extended warranty coverage. That has now become Sutliff Auto, Inc. and has re-located back to the most recent Saturn location which was originally a BMW dealership.It is a beautiful facility! We have both had occasion to use our extended warranty coverage and to make a long story short, the experience exceeded any and all of our expectations! We have been so pleased with their service overall that we continue to go there for all of our service and inspections even though the warranty coverage is now done. Thankfully we have not had to incur any costly repairs so far that were not 100% covered. Our Saturns have never been anywhere else. If I need something simple like a battery, wipers, or air filter I would go to Advanced Auto instead. But if there is trouble shooting involved, I would stick with the dealer. It is also a great place to buy tires especially if you are a regular customer. Their prices beat many of the big name tire suppliers, are all inclusive, and Sutliff provides a free lifetime road hazard warranty for the life of the tire with zero deductible. We are not in a position to buy a new Cadillac so if I were looking to purchase a vehicle from them it would be a Certified pre-owned with 6 year- 100,000 coverage.
