The work took about a day. The staff was courteous and went over what was done. They always do a great job. They provide loaner cars if necessary. They wash and vacuum the car before giving it back to me. First class service.

They're accommodating. They're just magnificent. It's a great garage. I would absolutely continue to go to them for car purchase.

Car was not only completed on time but was cleaned as well, just part of the excellent service delivered every time.

A good experience. They worked with me on a couple things and I really liked getting a tester for an evening instead of some lame short drive.

It went well as usual. I was told initially that the car would need two rear tires. I said the car is under a year old with only 11,000 miles. Guess what they paid for two new tires no question. We have purchased 5 cars there and always are so well treated. It is a wonderful dealership.

Don't go to Sun BMW unless you are a rich person who doesn't care what kind of deal you get. I have met with sales staff twice (recently and also four years ago) to trade-in and purchase. Both times I was offered several thousand less than my car's worth (according to Blue Book), given little or no discount on the car purchase, lied to about the condition of my car, and was treated very rudely by sales staff. Both times I then went to another regional BMW dealer (York and Lancaster) and got significantly better deals on my trade-in and purchase price as well as being treated nicely and politely.

Four years ago, they offered me $4000 less than blue book value for my trade in and also told me the four wheel drive system was not working on my car. They also would not come down on the price of their vehicle (a one-year old model with several thousand miles). I went to the York BMW dealer and got $3000 more for my trade-in and they found no problems with the four wheel drive system. They also quoted me a significant discount on the new car purchase. I saved many thousands and got a new (same model) vehicle instead of used. The dealer sold my trade-in within two weeks.

About a month ago, I saw a vehicle I liked on Sun's new car inventory list online so I decided to take another chance with them. It was the same horror story and they were even more rude than before. They again offered me $4000 less for my trade-in and repeatedly criticized my car even though it had low mileage and was in very good to excellent condition. In fact, when I said to the sales person that my car was in very good condition, his response was and quot;We all like to think our cars are in very good conditionand quot; and this guy hadn't even looked at my car. They did come down somewhat on the price of the new vehicle (but the new 2104 models will be coming out soon with a re-design anyway) so I asked them for a more reasonable offer on my trade-in. They offered $1000 more and I asked for $1000 more to reach a deal because I really liked the new $63,0000 vehicle. They refused and were very nasty again and kept telling me how bad my car was and they would just send it to auction (a 4 year-old model with only 40,000 miles)! About a month later, I went to the Lancaster BMW dealer but didn't see anything I liked. I told them about Sun's refusal to go $1000 more and they were stunned. They contacted me later and asked what I wanted in the deal for the vehicle at Sun if they could get that car for me. I told them and they agreed to all my demands without even appraising my current car onsite (I just answered a few questions via email). They got the vehicle for me and gave me a trade-in at the prices I wanted and have provided great customer service. When they finally saw my car, they agreed that it was in very good-excellent condition and complimented me on it.

I am not a hard person to deal with and really kind of shy around sales people but it was so obvious the deals at Sun were bad and then when they lied about the condition of my trade-in and treated me rudely to boot, anyone would walk away. I am also not related in any way to the other BMW dealers in the region. This is all true and I hope that if you ever consider dealing with Sun BMW, that you at least also go to the other dealers in York and Lancaster to find out what you are missing out on and save thousand.

Their machanics are very good. They are expensive, but I think all BMW service centers are.
