I purchased a love seat and paid $99 for delivery and was promised a delivery date and time frame. The driver called before this time frame on the date of delivery saying they would be there on time but did not show up at all. I called multiple times after the delivery time window passed with no answer and no call backs. At that point I had to leave the house. I also called the main number with no answer. Now they said they cannot come during the same time frame as before because they have to pay the driver overtime. Then they called back to just get cc information and cancel the order completely even though I still wanted the couch. They have been extremely terrible at communicating and time and time again were disrespectful and argued with me saying everything was my fault.
