Most recently I needed a cork to fit a jug, but this is typical of their service. Other places had no idea what I was talking about. The staff at Ritters met me at the door, asked what I needed, walked me to the right location and helped me find exactly what I needed. I could get just 1 cork, not a bag of them and was able to check it with the jug to see that it fit. Every experience over many years with them is like this. They have a new store in the West Shore Plaza and help there is just as good as downtown, they just have more space. This is an excellent local resource.
