QUALITY CONSTRUCTION

Description of Work: Quality Construction had to replace a load bearing wall and floor joist due to carpenter ant demanage . They also replaced sections of the floor board, and wall studs then dry walled the rooms affected and return carpet too floor. The rooms in question were then painted with primer. Outside of the building they replaced siding and insulated walls , replaced windows and trimed the windows outside when they installed the siding. They were professional in all aspects of thier workmanship, and quick about getting my house back is order so other weather events would not affect the house. Too have the front half of your house exposed to the eliments is an experiance I would not like to have again. Quality Construction got the job done in just a few days. We have had many rain storms and wind events and there workmanship has stood the test that Mother Nature could through at them. I would not hesitate at all to work with Quality Construction agin in the future.

Description of Work: Hired Greg to install a new exterior door and Garage trim.

Description of Work: Greg redid the family room in my basement which included new wall studs, new insulation, drywall installation, a brand new raised wooden floor, new electrical outlets and switches (moved three existing switches to one location), a new door frame, and trim around all windows and doors. He primed and painted all walls and trim, installed crown molding around entire room, and molding around bottom. Greg also replaced heat registers. Because of the pipes against some walls and in corner of one ceiling, he also built out the wall and drywall in those areas.
