The work was completed and done very well. However, there was a strange issue with our payment in which I had accidentally written her a check from the wrong account. I sent a replacement check, but she also demanded an auto bank transfer of funds. A few months later she tried to get double payment by attempting to cash the extra check. This was more than a misunderstanding, as she did not return phone calls and attempted to submit the check twice over the course of three months. The bank took my side on the issue and did not allow her to cash the check once I provided evidence of paying her all that was estimated for the job. A strange experience overall, so I can't recommend, even though the work was done well.
