MERMAID CAR WASH

When I approached the car wash, the door was shut & it was being used. I figured I'd go ahead & start the process of my carwash so I swiped my card, went through the steps & finished payment, it said to wait until the green light. I waited about 5 minutes, with traffic piling up behin me. I saw the garage get lighter, when the other car exited. Yet the doors still didn't open. I waited a bit more & still nothing. At this point I couldn't back out since there was a line of cars so I swiped my car again, went through the steps & all was ok.Later I found that I was charged TWICE & when you call them you get an automated answering machine that actually says to "state what we owe you & we wil mail a refund"... this tells me right away they must get many calls about refunds. I stated my name, address, issue & amount. As of today, 1/7/13 I still have no refund. Not only did I pay $22 for a carwash, it was not a good wash. I still had streaks down the sides & bird poop that didn't come off. I don't expect perfection from a carwash but for $11 I would hope that it would look slightly cleaner, but it didn't by much.
