I recently purchased a new laptop and needed assistance with setting it up and transferring files from my old machine as well as loading Office and a couple other programs. Jose was extremely helpful in outlining what needed to be done. He suggested some additional actions (such as adding the classic start-up screen to Windows 8) that have proven extremely helpful. He completed all work and got my laptop back to me by the end of the day! He took the time to explain what he did when I picked it up. I was very happy with the service and will return to him for any future computer needs.
