Jenny’s Full Service Hair Salon

From the first email contact I had with Jenny, she was professional and responsive to my questions and concerns.  You could tell she takes pride in her business and wants to make sure her clients are happy. The salon itself is well appointed, the staff are friendly and my son and I were thrilled with the results.  Our stylist Sarah was very sweet and knowledgeable, going the extra mile to actually treat a small portion of my son's hair the week earlier during our consult, just to make sure it could handle the bleaching.  The day of the appointment went smoothly, as we were taken back to her work area at the exact time we had scheduled and were there for 2 hours just as she told us.  Not only did Sarah do an excellent job, but she took the time to explain what she was doing during the procedure and how to care for the bleached hair once we got home. Little things like that mean a lot, especially to a single dad who isn't an expert in hair care. I had seen the glowing reviews of Jenny's salon on this site and took a chance - and I'm glad we did because it exceeded our expectations.

I had Leanne and she was very nice I had an apt for 1:15 pm but when I was on my way to go there I got a message she was running late but I was almost there so I just went.  It was a very clean and I liked the salon.  Leanne and I had a talk to decide what was best hairstyle for me.  I am shy but Leanne kept the conversation going by asking questions which was very nice.
this was my first time going, I found them on angies list and decided to give the a try.  The cost of the hair cut was kind of high it was $40.00 for the cut and the bottle of leave in conditioner was $42.00.

They were good. They do listen and they are very available. They have good parking. They are easy to find and their service is good. I think that they have very good customer service and they try to accommodate the customer’s needs well. I don’t know if they are the best but they were fair.

Sarah was ready exactly at 6:00pm, and she took me back to her station. Every station I looked at had a stylist and client. When I asked Sarah if its always this busy, she confirmed that it was. She consulted with me and gave me several different options. Then she disappeared for 10 minutes to mix up my color. While my highlights were processing, Sarah showed me around the salon. They have a nice mani/pedi room and I am planning on scheduling an appointment for a pedi (will report back) But more importantly, EVERYONE I ran into was very pleasant, (not sure who was an employee and who was a stylist) You can tell the people that work there like their jobs. She then rinsed me out and gave me a much-needed blowout. It looked great! and still does. She gave me some advice on how to style it quickly and how to so it if I had more time. Then she walked me up to the front desk and thanked me for coming in. I was expecting the bill to be around $160, which is what I normally pay...but the receptionist said "Your total is $113 today" much to my delight!

I didn't schedule another appointment yet, because I've seen the same stylist for 5+ years....but considering I get highlights and/or lowlights a minimum of 8 or 10 times per year, that's like $400+ in savings (allows me to buy more jewelry)...So I probably will

I was impressed with the experience and pleasantly surprised by the price. The salon has that clean, new car feel, and it is rare for people to thank you for your business these days.

Took me in with a stylist who had a cancelation on short notice. The stylist I requested was booked. It was comfortable surroundings. I would recommend .

When you first go in there, their hairstylist has a consultation with you. He will base your hairstyle from the way your face look and how you dress. They have full service including manicure, massages and many more but I only do my hair. Their service is incredible.
