Randy and his son are very easy to deal with, very professional and a pleasure to work with. They came on time, got the work done quickly and when they left they made sure everything was cleaned up. I get compliments from my neighbors about the work they performed on my chimney which was in poor condition when we moved into the house. The masonry had cracked and fallen out all over the face of the chimney. Randy agreed to do a repoint from the roof up but was kind enough to do a full repoint from the ground up for me! I've had them back out to redo the stucco around the base of my home for another $500 total. Randy can take a little bit to get back to you but its worth the wait.

Randy and his son were extremely polite and professional, and accomplished the stated tasks. They were able to "squeeze" our 2-3 day job in between two larger jobs they had, so they began within a day or two of requesting and approving the bid. A few unexpected delays occurred for the crew during the "workweek," but Chris (Inch) made good on their commitment to finish the job within a week and before starting their next job, so he came to the house on a Sunday afternoon to ensure the job was completed to our satisfaction.

This job did not go off without a hitch, but I think it is a good example of how these guys are able to deal with a situation professionally and in the customer's interest. I'm a handyman and had a customer who wanted me to repair the front steps to her house. In looking at the job, I felt it was better to be done by someone who does this kind of work everyday. I picked Randy based on the reviews on Angie's List. Randy was very timely and polite in getting her a quote. On the day they scheduled to do the work I stopped by to check in. Randy's son had come to do the job and the first thing I noticed was he was doing a lot more than we discussed. I asked him about it and it turned out there had been a confusion between Randy and his son. This said, the quoted price was much lower than what was actually being done. However, they immediately owned up to it being their mistake and said they would honor the quoted price. In the end the customer agree to pay a bit extra as they did end up doing more than anticipated and this probably made for a much better end result. Even at that, I would imagine they did not make any money on this job. This shows that they take customer satisfaction very seriously in my mind. I would not hesitate to hire Randy for personal work or to recommend him in the future.

I purchased $300 of masonry service for $149 from Randy Inch Masonry to repair my block retaining wall. Randy Inch Masonry came to my property and looked at my retaining wall and stated that it could not be repaired and must replaced. Randy Inch Masonry provided a written estimate to replace my retaining wall at a cost of over $2,000.  I did not have the work done and basically paid $149 for an estimate. Randy Inch Masonry was professional throughout the time from contact to completion of the estimate.

They were great. They showed up on time,  They were very polite and professional. They finished quickly and did a quality job.

He provided an estimate and I accepted the offer. He failed to follow through.

Randy came and gave us an estimate to removed the brick on our chimney, clean it, replace and repoint, and add a new chimney cap. The estimate also included repair of a broken sidewalk.
His crew came and worked at our home for 2 days. They were polite, friendly, and the work was very clean. We had a hard rain the evening that they repaired the chimney and when they arrived the next morning some of the mortar had run. They went back up, cleaned the brick and repaired the mortar. They also did some repaired to our concrete steps as a last minute request which I appreciated.

I called Mr. Inch in May after not hearing anything from him  and he told me he was down a truck and once that was resolved he would get the work done.  I have not heard from him since then and I suspect I'm not going to either.  Very disappointed with this experience.

Mr. Inch was professional, and completed the work on budget.  We have foundation work that needs to be done and we are bringing him in to do the work.

We feel that it did not go well at all.  We have been chasing this man for weeks now and we don't even have an estimate.  If this is the service that we get while he is trying to get our business--we certainly don't want anything to do with him.
We would certainly like our money back.

It went very well. She is great. He did a little extra work for us. He was a nice man and very reliable. He solved the problem. I did however realize it would cost much more on the extra.
