Weather conditions were frigid which may have affected the overall work which was average with some defects that still need to be corrected

Very helpful salesperson in the garden supply section gave us ideas on bird feeding. Did not recieve any help in the ceiling fan section, but we didnt really need any. The paint department made suggestions on the paintbase for us to use as the type of paint has changed over the past couple of years (for painting fences). The guy who checked us out said that he had only been onthe job for a couple of months and wasnt sure about the 6 months no interest charge policy question that my wife asked. Overall we were satisfied as we got an answer.

Right at the kitchen sink, I laid this yellow throw rug, and Home Depot told me that if I got this particular backing, it wouldn't bleed through to the linoleum and change the color. After I put the backing on, they said "Oh, no, that was just skid resistant, it had nothing to do with bleeding through." They didn't make it good. It was a beautiful job, but the bleeding through hasn't been addressed. If it wasn't for the discoloring, I would say this is the most beautiful linoleum I've ever seen. When I wanted to buy another throw rug off them, they couldn't guarantee that if I bought a throw rug off of them, that it wouldn't bleed through to the linoleum. So I'm not very happy with that.

No complaints at all. Had 2 call backs for minor adjustments and everything was handled to my total satisfaction

We selected an ANDERSON Series 4000 storm door with laminated safety glass with the assistance of Bob Bowes (he was WONDERFUL !) from Home Depot and arranged for their installer to come out and determine what size door we required and what alterations were required to be performed to our newly built homes door frame to accomidate a storm door . The installer Kelly from Dillsburg arrived precisely when he said he would to explain what modifications were required and absolutely put my mind at ease with his professionalism . The door was ordered and arrived actually sooner than expected and Kelly called to see when he could install if for us . Just as when he arrived to perform the estimate he was very prompt and was again on time for the installation . I have to tell you all that the very FIRST items off Kellys work truck were a broom , dust pan and waste receptical and they were the very LAST items to go back on his truck ! He did not rush the installation and did an amazing job with the modifications to the door frame and it looks like the were always there . Kelly even primed and painted the wooden pieces the day before the installation just to make the job look even better ! The door has been installed for a bit over one (1) month and has not only worked flawlessly but we have received many compliments on this addition to our home .Kelly cleaned up so thoroughly I did not even find sawdust in the mulch in the area he was working ! While the ANDERSON product is I believe a superior door system the finished product is no better than the installation and KELLY gets my highest accolades for his efforts .

It went well. They were fast and on time. The completed job was good. I would recommend them.

They were good and economical. They were prompt. They did the job the way they said they would do. They did a good job. The quality has been good so far. I would use them again in the future if need be.

It went really well. The gentlemen who sold me the door wouldn't accept any money until they came out to measure the door, which I thought was good. They sent someone out who actually measured the door, went back and wrote up the order. So I knew upfront what it was going to be. At the time I purchased the door they were having a special installation so that was good. In terms of the installation they were much more prompt than I was because by the time I got back home from my job the door was already installed. Their prices were good.
