Pretty sad. You might want to actually think twice before using them. The Service for us has been pathetic. We have zero confidence in their technicians and the company actually knowing what they are doing!! You know it is sad that you guys installed a garbage unit supposedly as a high end AC HVAC unit and a completely new heating system at a cost of over 25000+ and I continue to pay large service bills just 3 years later. $1800 this time. Really? This AC unit completely failed in less than 3 years and it was their supposedly “High end unit” ….a unit large enough for a house Twice my size. This has been such A bad decision choosing Haller as they have shown us nothing but a Pathetically disorganized company with service calls, and it’s been an even worst decision spending the money with them thinking they stood behind their work and valued quality products. Very sad!! I personally recommend you look elsewhere if you want quality and someone that stands behind their work. They’ve made Mistake after mistake literally every time they come out. It’s like I’m dealing with the 3 stooges and I’m stuck in some bad comedy show.

They were competent, knowledgable, and able to answer the questions I had related to the job.

They were great. First they took a look at it and tried to repair it. That lasted about a summer then they came back out and they replaced it. They were very professional. They gave us a great price. We really like them. They were definitely responsive.

I have a service contract with them. I have a geothermal system and they come out once a year for maintenance. 

They are very time sensitive, thorough, they clean up after themselves and explain what has been done. But they are more expensive.

I was very pleased. The estimator reviewed my options and quoted me a price on the spot. At that time he also set up an installation date and time. The installers were prompt and professional and had the non completed ahead of schedule.

I’ve had good experience with them. They were a little better for the job and they did a very good job. The air conditioning is working fine. The quality of the service was excellent.

Haller was able to replace the old HVAC with a new one of same brand within one day.  It has worked flawlessly since.  They were professional and worked fast and accommodated our needs.  They also cleaned up afterwards and answered our questions regarding operating a newer and more sophisticated system.

The technician arrived on time and went right into the work.  When he was finished everything was clean and it looked great.  I think the price was quite reasonable.  The technician explained everything to me and I appreciate the level of professionalism and knowledge that he had.  I could tell he was not trying to sell me more than I needed.  This technician was just giving great advice and I loved that I felt like here was someone who cared what was best for me and was explaining to me.  It's great to have a company that I can rely on for such important work like plumbing and electrical and heating that I can trust.

We also use them for our heating and air conditioning unit. Our experience with them has been good and their representatives are very professional. I have been using them for probably about six years now.

I've had a contract with Haller Enterprises for my air-conditioning and heating since 2003. So, I have their system, and they know the system better than anybody. They're good.

Our heat pump stopped working during one of the hottest times this summer. We knew it would need to be replaced - Haller came that day - ordered the new system and came on a Saturday to install it early that morning.  We were without AC for only a few days. Everything inside and outside was done that day and everything was left neat and clean.  They do all of our maintenance.

They are excellent. The best thing about them is that they are very thorough. They do professional work. They show up when they said they will. They are very clean. Overall, I was completely happy with them. They came exactly when they said they would come. They did the job and they were out at no time at all. Their price is a little higher but you get what you pay for.

So after they cleaned out the sewer line, the technician said he wanted to video the line because he thought that roots were growing into the pipe. He says he ran a video - I did not see the video - and told me I would need to replace my sewer pipe from the house to the main and that I'd get a call from an estimator to come and make an estimate. I asked him when he was here if I would get a copy of the video and he said the estimator would send it to me with the estimate. When the estimator came, he said he had no idea if the video still exists. He was very dramatic and kept saying "wow, this pipe is deep; this is a big job!" which seemed unnecessary. When I get the estimate for $8,000, I don't get a copy of the video - when I ask again, they say that the video is gone. So when Icontact another company for a second estimate, they tell me that they won't even give me an estimate until they can see the pipe because there are a lot of things they can do before ripping out the pipe. They recommended I ask for a refund for the video which I did and Haller gave me a refund. When the second company runs the camera, with me present, it's clear that the pipe is fine; some roots grew into the joints but were cleared out and I had cut down the tree in the meantime. So the second company said no work was necessary, and sent me a copy of the video.
When I informed Haller (I also had an HVAC maintenance contract with them and they cancelled my scheduled visit, then rescheduled for a month later) that the second company said I did not need to replace my sewer pipe, a salesperson called me and tried to convince me that I may need to replace the pipe "companies can have different opinions - do you have other trees?" etc. I was furious and insulted.
Before you choose them to rip up your sewer pipe or do any other major jobs, GET A SECOND OPINION! I had three different representatives in my house and they all started with "oh, you have trees, there are probably roots in your pipes" before they ever saw the pipes. It makes me wonder if this is company policy and I hope they don't follow this policy with women. So please get a second opinion before you agree to any major work. If I had not gotten another opinion, they would have completely ripped up my yard and charge me $8,000 for nothing.

They ran the camera for free. They gave me an estimate if I needed any other external work, but did not end up needing any more work. They gave me the estimate on the spot.

Everything went very well. I would highly recommend them.

Called them a day or two before thanksgiving with an emergency, and they came right out to do the service. Very prompt. The quality of the work was excellent.

I did appreciate that they were able to come out the same day that I called for my electrical problem.  They called in advance to let me know that they were twenty minutes out, which I appreciated. The gentleman who came in was very respectful of my house. He put coverings on and made sure he left the house in the same condition that it was when he arrived. He listened to the problem and then worked from there. It was all around good service. I think their price was good considering it was an emergency call and they sent someone straight out that day. Their responsiveness was very good. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
