About us

H & H SERVICE COMPANY, INC. was founded in 1972 as the “sister” company to H & H Sales Associates Inc., manufacture representatives in Central Pennsylvania for HVAC equipment. Our primary function when founded was to provide service and replacement parts for the equipment sold by H & H Sales Associates. In addition to providing service, we also handle replacement parts and equipment for all the manufacturers represented by H & H Sales Associates as well as for many of the world’s leading manufacturers of Packaged Terminal Heat Pumps and Water Source Heat Pumps (see our Line Card). We carry a large stocking parts inventory which allows same day shipping or same day customer pick-up.

Service was completed on schedule in the two days promised.  Installers were prompt and professional.  Price was fair and competitive with other quotes, but a little higher.  We went with H&H because they have provided us with good maintenance service at fair prices for nearly 20 years.

Service Manager came out to check our old unit. He recommended replacing it. We had a Florida Heat Pump GeoThermal unit installed which also heats our hot water. We are very satisfied with this unit and the savings is reflected on our electric bill. . Workmen were very professional. Cleaned up each day. When we had a question about the new unit, they got back to us in a timely manner. Would definitely use them again.

They did a nice job and the workmen worked well.  They did exactly what they told me they’d do and they did it in a minimal amount of time. They cleaned up well.  I thought they did a good job.  They were pretty close to excellent and the price was reasonable.
