We took our very, very sick cat here and they ran EXPENSIVE tests, x-rays, lab work, examined him, and found nothing. Nothing. Sent my step-daughter home with a $450 bill and a can of cat food! He worsened that night so we took him to a real vet who immediately saw the issue - he had swallowed thread - it was in a knot around his tongue! One look at the x-ray and he needed surgery! DO NOT GO HERE! THEY ALMOST KILLED OUR CAT by not being careful and competent.

Dr. Kablinski was very good and very much on time. The other Dr. did surgery on our dog and was very good as well.

I go to this vet because they are within walking distance of my home. Dr. Favorito is who we saw for each visit. She is resistant to questions, and when I explained it is because I'm on a budget, she acted as though I was trying to be cheap. She did not make eye contact, got defensive when asked which tests would be most helpful, and when I apologized, for fear I had said something wrong, she ignored me. If you have social issues, don't get into a business that requires you to interact with people. Or if you think you are smarter than your client, perhaps you need to rethink things. I was very disappointed. I made an appointment for the other vet in the practice and will report back regarding that experience. My dog does not like car rides, so I was thrilled to find a vet so close. However, not at this price.

I told them what I needed on Friday and that I would pick it up Monday. Everything was ready and labeled and packaged for each dog. I presented my prices I found on the internet and they were able to match them. Everything went smoothly.

One of my cats developed a urinary tract blockage in the fall of 2009. Dr. Alba took him in on an emergency basis, did initial treatment and then sent him over to the Willow Mill Animal Hospital, which is a sister hospital. Dr. Alba has done the follow up care on my cat. There have been a few emergencies since the initial treatment, which is typical, but I could call the office and get my kitty in the same day for a checkup and/or treatment. The staff at Gettysburg Road and Willow Mill are wonderful. Also, the emergency vet service is attached to Willow Mill, so you get a true cohesiveness of service when you use these offices. Dr. Alba was also very aware that I had a financial limit, and gave maximum care under the limits I had. My cat has recovered completely and has a very good prognosis, thanks to all these great people!
