I have used Geek Squad before and always had a very good experience. For this work request Geek Mike Alarie did an outstanding job. Although it was a snowy day I was advised via telephone on the approximate time Mike would arrive. Although he had to carry in ladder, work tools, etc. in the snow, Mike was so upbeat and pleasant during the entire appointment. He was not only very professional but courteous and knowledgeable in his field.  He answered all my questions and explained everything in a manner I could understand. 

I would highly recommend Geek Squad.

It was a bit dubious at first because the assumption is that the problem was caused by something the customer did to the device.  They did not want to honor the warranty but ultimately did due to my persistence.  The customer service agent did agree to send it to be evaluated but made me feel as though it might be a repair I would have to pay for.
Bottom line was that the service center did approve a new computer to replace the defective one.

This was the 2nd time Michael Roehrig came to our house from the Geek Squad..  He knows his stuff..  Very knowledgeable on current Technology and one heck of a nice guy..  Can put things in terms for Non-Technical people like us..  Performed all the changes to our system and fixed another issue I had as well..   We will always request Michael for any future work we have..   Really great guy and you should be extremely happy to have him as part of the Geek Squad team..!!

I made an appointment which included providing Best Buy's Geek Squad the exact description of my computer (model no. model name, and problem, ). When I arrived for my 15 minute appointment, I was immediately told by the Geek Squad rep that they don't work on hardware issues only software which is when he recommended another computer repair company. Not sure why this wasn't spelled out on their web site where I made this appointment. Most people don't have time they can afford to be without their computer.

The guy who came explained what he have done.  I knew nothing about computers, so that was greatly appreciated.  I was not sure if I had a backup to backup my information, and he recommended the one that is on sale.  I felt like he was being trustworthy, and recommended to backup, and took care of that for me.  I was very happy with him.  He was able to save all the stuff that I need.  So far, I have not had any trouble with the service.  I would absolutely use them again in the future.

They have always been good for TVs. They were knowledgeable when we had questions. I thought the price was pretty good. To me an A is beyond belief and a B is good.

I had moved and Best Buy Geek Squad came out and mounted my TV on the wall for me. They were less expensive than anyone else. They were punctual and did a good job.

I didn’t have to take my computer out; they do it right over the phone, which is really cool. Any service, hardware or software problem, they do it for free. Their service is awesome. I am very happy with them. The service is immediate. Every time I call, they repair it immediately. There is never an question, I never get a bill. I just can’t say enough of them.
