Great! Crew were friendly and accommodating. Only issue (does not reflect upon work) is we weren't able to get shingles to match our garage roof as expected and was not informed until shingles were already delivered. Although disappointed they didn't match, we are still very pleased with the final outcome

I never had a roof replaced before and was worried about the nightmare contractor stories you hear about AND the cost of course. I received a lot of feedback on a Facebook post I wrote with people telling me to hire Encore Roofing. I first had them do some siding work and a roof repair job for me. They did an excellent job. They were prompt, reasonably priced and very helpful. Jim and Mike came out and took care of a job extra early one morning because they knew I was about to get my home inspected that afternoon. They inspection went well and they played a tremendous role in that. I was very grateful. Then I decided to get quotes for getting a new roof installed. I later decided to continue my relationship with Encore and hired them to do the job. They did it in a timely manner, they did excellent work, and kept my property clean along the way. The roof was finished beautifully in a matter of 4 days and I am extremely pleased with the job they did. I highly recommend Encore Roofing for any of your roofing needs. Choose them and relax. In Dec 2021 we had a new roof replaced in 3 days. The team was timely, professional and courteous. They let me know every step of the way when and why a new board was being used and showed me where the problem areas were through pictures, which we knew would need some extra TLC after our old roof was the original from 1972. The crew cleaned up daily and were also very cautious to not mark up our yard as they needed to turn work vehicles around and park. Overall, we are very pleased with Encore- their service standards were impeccable, the original quote and additional charges were accurate and as expected. They cared about their work. I would recommend to anyone if they asked for a great roofing team.

We were very impressed that they came out the day after a very heavy rain. They knew right away what the problem was and fixed it including caulking along ridge vent and nailing down some loose shingles which we hadn't been aware of. very pleased with company.

We were referred by our neighbors and received a $400 discount. It all started with missing shingles and water leaking in our home due to damaged/warped wood decking. COVID-19/restrictions and rain/windstorms caused multiple estimates to be done slowly (over two months to wait) from April 2020 to June 2020. Encore was the only company willing to fit us in and complete work in June for us, even with their busy, filled schedule (other companies would not start/do work until July/August). Scott Boreman and Team are AWESOME, caring, and friendly! ?They are honest, hard workers. We loved the ease of working/communicating with them in person and via telephone, text, and email. Our neighbors praise the ? AMAZING new roof (especially the color) and new ridge vent! We commend and are grateful for the professionalism, expertise, kindness, diligence, and expedited service of Encore (Scott Boreman and Team). We will recommend Encore to our family/friends/colleagues.

Encore Roofing performed excellent work replacing my 20 year-old roof. They stayed in touch throughout, braved March winds, rain, and cold temperatures, and then had to complete their work before the Governor shut down construction, because of the Coronavirus pandemic. Throughout, the crew was on-time, hard-working, professional, and courteous. I can’t praise Encore highly enough!

The workers were very courteous and polite and was very efficient they cleaned everything up at the end of every day and took pride in there work. I would recommend this contractor to anyone who wants a new roof that's done the way it should be plus they are very reasonable to, I am 100% satisfied with everything.

Fantastic job tearing out poor job that was done by someone else a year ago. Had to scrape off several layers, found the leaks, resurfaced, and installed new rubber roof. Replaced wooden railing around the porch. They showed up as scheduled, worked all day, and cleaned up well.

No problems were encountered and the new roof and gutters look good. The roof was replaced in 2.5 days and the roofing crew was on time and cleaned up each day before leaving. The gutters were installed by a different crew the day after the roof was finished. Removing the old gutters and installing the new took less than 2 hours. I'm very pleased with the work and price which was about half of the other estimate I got before selecting Encore Roofing. I recommend them and would use them again.

The next day Scott send his brother Mark to give me an estimate on price and time. My wife and I chose Encore and never looked back.If there was something equivalent to the Academy Award in roofing, Encore would be under the spotlight.

Excellent, The Guy's were All Great. On Time, Friendly, Explained Everthing Well, Showed Us A Really Bad Existing Problem, No Hesitation on Explaining How They Could Fix The Problem. One of The Workers Even Stopped Back a Day or So Later. And Checked To See If There Were Any Problems With The Roof Because of The Rain The Night Before. We Thought That Was Exceptionally Kind. Everything Was Compleated on Time Quoted. We Are Very Pleased Right Now With Everthing.
