I bought my house last year, house was built in 2008. The pressure tank installed by Eichelbergers needs replaced already. Tank started leaking due to a gouge in the tank that could have only happened during installation. Tank is installed in corner of basement and gouge is on the bottom of tank in back, no way anything else caused this other than install. Called to discuss this problem and was told tank only has 5 year warranty. This wasn’t a tank failure, it was poor installation. The tank likely would have lasted much longer had it not been gouged. I wouldn’t recommend this company based solely on the fact you may be replacing major components of your system within 10 years due to faulty installation. The tank alone is $500, not to mention all the plumbing work. No support or acknowledgement of the faulty installation.

There were two different teams we dealt with. The A team and the F team.
The first team showed up to drill the well and encountered all sorts of issues with their equipment and other things that were outside their control. After they got it all figured out, man did they drill. The A team was great. They even drilled over the weekend in order to get the job done on time.
However after that the F teams showed up.
First up, there were the guys who came to grout the geothermal wells. Well they managed to do that, as well as grout a large part of my front yard for some reason.
Then after them, the excavators showed up. These guys were here to run the geothermal pipes into our house. First off, they decided to use our front porch as a mud scraper for their boots. After that, they put booties on their feet, walked through said mud, and tracked it into our house. Also, my wife caught them trying to bury their trash in the holes they dug. I don't know why they decided to use my front yard as a dumping ground, but they did. They even managed to cut a cable that was marked by one call. I could keep going on about the excavators, but I think you get the gist.
Man if it was only the A team that showed up, we would have been ecstatic with their service. Sadly the other teams really soured us on the company.

This company saved me $1200. The technician was very pleasant. He was knowledgeable, direct and professional. I had a very pleasant experience with this company.

They did a good job. They had to come out in the middle of the winter. I didn't have any issues. I didn't compare their prices.

Replaced the jet pump in the well. I scheduled a service call, thinking the pressure regulator switch needed adjusted. It turned out the pump was bad. |

I made the first call to Eichelbergers on Monday morning, and they were able to set me up with an appointment on Tuesday. However, I had to decline that one because no one was going to be home. The next day after that, though (Weds), a time of between 9 and 10 AM was set up. The service man arrived promptly. He drained sediment from the water tank, and adjusted the amount of air in it. The ON/OFF PSI settings were checked for the water pump switches as well. He checked everything out and made sure the water pump was working to specs, and was done within 30 minutes. The problem with the water pump turning on and off constantly as soon as a water faucet was turned on was fixed. We are very happy with the experience with Eichelbergers. They will be our go-to company when we have any problems with our home water well/pump/storage tank system.

Phone call to get info went smoothly. I was treated very respectfully and no one tried to oversell me on anything. Appropriate questions were asked and suggestions were made until we settled on a price and unit for my needs.
An appointment was made and the installer arrived promptly the next week, had a great understanding of the job and reviewed the plan with me. I had a few ideas in mind for some additional bypass plumbing I wanted and he suggested a more efficient and better way of doing it which I quickly agreed to. Installer was very accommodating, friendly, confident, and conscientious. He did the job the way he would have done it in his own house. I appreciated the attention to detail to get the pipes run straight, clamps applied solidly, and his overall work ethic. He cleaned up after himself and took all garbage and boxes away. After install, he dumped in 2 bags of solar salt to get me started and then tested the unit's different modes including backwash and discharge to insure there were no leaks anywhere. Water was tested for hardness (grains) and softener was set to the right settings. He explained how the unit worked and answered a few technical questions I had.
One note of interest (that is not a problem at all) - my house is 5 years old and was plumbed with copper. I couldn't conceive the money and time that would have been needed to do all the work in copper, and when he arrived I found out they used PVC (Schedule 40) instead of copper. That is fine with me because I feel it is better than PEX tubing and was much faster and easier to worth with than copper, but he could keep the runs nice and neat similar to copper. There have been no leaks or problems at all.
I can't say enough about the experience. I am picky and was more than satisfied with the quality of work and the entire process from info seeking to billing. The only thing I need to follow up on with them is and quot;How do I know it's running?and quot; Sounds funny, but I know it's working because the water is soft and great for showering and doing laundry, but I never hear the unit run to backwash like in my other house. Also, I like that the unit has a turbine that and quot;countsand quot; the gallons of water used before backwashing instead of just doing it on a timer schedule whether you are using soft water or not.
Total time on site due to my extra plumbing requests was around 4 hours. I was billed within a month to the exact price I was quoted and I paid promptly and happily. I wish more places operated like this!

I received a pleasant reminder call from Eichelbergers to schedule the annual service for the water softener and made an appointment. The service provider arrived promptly and performed the maintenance quickly and efficiently.

We didn't write them a check directly because they were a sub-contractor. They did a good job. They were professional and timely. We didn't have any complaints. A big part of the project was water containment. They were able to contain all of the water, which was good.

Technically they are very competent, they are very quick at doing the job, they clean up after themselves. They provide a quality product, and replacement parts, and they are very responsive.

Called and made appointment for same day, there were there within the hour and finished within 4 hours.

It was an excellent experience and they did a nice job. They lived up to their good reputation.

The work was non stressful. They just came in and drilled the 2 well holes and put in the stuff. I thought that they were very professional and very good at what they were doing. They didn't hit a gas line or anything. They really tried to work around another company's schedule who was working on the geothermal. They were very non intrusive and considerate. I think their price was reasonable.

They were officially the sub-contractors for a different company. We had had them out to consult with us prior to that work about geothermal drilling. They seemed very knowledgeable and we were very happy with them. They were prompt and did excellent water containment for the drilling.

He was right on time and did a great job. Installation required drilling mounts into my cement block wall for both the water filter housing and the UV light housing and re-plumbing sections to incorporate these pieces. When he was done installation, he showed me how to change the filter. He bleached the system to ensure that all the bugs were gone after the UV light in the system and cleaned up after he was done. It only took about 2 hours or so, which was faster than I thought it would be.
