Demetro Sealcoating

Used Demetro Sealcoating to replace, expand and protect my driveway. My house was built in 1920, the driveway was old asphalt that was not properly cared for and had been damaged over the years. Daniel personally came out to my house to quote the project. He arrived promptly at the requested appointment time, took accurate measurements of the purposed project. Daniel's quote was the most competitive of the multiple quotes I received with the best follow-up. He provided a warranty on his work incase of any issues arose after completing the project, no other company I attempted to work with stood.behind their work in the manner that Demetro Sealcoating did. Their prices for the project were more than fair, Daniel was very professional and over saw every aspect of the job. The continued maintenance of my driveway has been completes by Daniel with proper yearly sealcoating to ensure that my investment in my house lasts for years to come. Daniel is a exceptional professional in a very dirty job, he made sure not to get any sealcoating on my white house, my white garage door, or on my grass. I will continue to use Daniel and Demetro Sealcoating for the maintenance of my driveway and I would recommend him to any needing to protect their driveway from the unpredictable weather.

Work was done quickly and on time. Sealer did no get down asphalt completely. Could still see old asphalt. Looked good while it was still wet, but once it dried it did not look any different.

Daniel and his crew were great. Very professional very polite. Got the job done quickly.

This was a trial to determine if oil based sealer is better than water based. Demetro was great to deal with, but not sure I like the shiny look of the sealer. Time will tell.

Update: 08/02/2020 Do not hire Demetro Sealcoating. Our driveway was not done correctly and he promised to redo it. The cracks were not filled in, and it looks terrible. Cannot get a hold of him, does not return any emails or phone calls. Also, triple the price of any other sealer we previously had done.

Dan is awesome and does a good job in a short time period. He uses a good oil seal and even helped touch up some tire gouges that our cars created in the asphalt.

$7,700 in blacktop work. 2 months later the weeds were coming through the blacktop and it was all broken up. They promised to reimburse 75% of the money, but have not given any back yet, one and a half years later. Stay away from this company with your hard-earned money.
