For the service that I am getting from them, $40 is well worth it. I have never had to be on phone with them for hours for anything. I have the premium service so the speed is good. I doesn’t take long to be connected and the only time it took a while was when I was having trouble with my computer. One of their employees lives out in this area, so one day after work he came out and solved some problems that I have been having and he charged for it. He came the day after I spoke to them so I was amazed that they could arrange something that fast. If I call them, the most I have waited for someone to call me back was half an hour and that was when a lot of people had lost service. They are good about getting back but they have certain hours and it is not twenty-four by seven. I have always had somebody call me back and they have always been pleasant. I have had them talk my husband or me through things a couple of times, we are not super tech savvy, and they were patient. I have just been very pleased with their tech people. Once we had a problem with the router and we took it in, because we didn’t want to wait and we went out on a Saturday when the office wasn’t open but the couple that ran it happened to be working. They were very helpful, I went in there once for something else, and the people were knowledgeable and helpful both times. We have had the service for maybe eight or nine years and I have been pleased. They have been responsive, they know what they are talking about and they could explain to somebody who wasn’t tech savvy and if took a long time, they were patient.
