 + -1 moreEverything was done to near perfection. Exterior of house trim, etc. is perfect. Kitchen looks nearly new, and repairs were excellent. Family room ceiling is excellent match. WIndow sills, hand rail installation and shower wall repair are good. Only glitch is the surface of the upper stair bannister paint, after two attempts, is not completely holding paint. Contractor offered to try a third time, but the homeowners were preparing to move. The outside water proofing of the foundation not only looks great, but through two heavy rains, there has been no water in the basement.
Description of Work: Paint exterior windows, soffits and fascia on 2-story home, plus attic. Included scraping and exterior pipe. Paint lower cabinets in kitchen. Repair ceiling in family room. Repair kitchen cabinets and drawers. Repair three interior window sills. Replace range hood. Repair upper stair bannister (bondo) and paint. Install previously removed steps hand rail. Bondo wall next to shower. Open side of outside foundation where there was a leak. Create and install a slurry with Sakrete, including using rebar to remove air pockets. Cover with topsoil and ensure area slopes toward street.

 + 1 moreThese gentlemen were very polite and courteous. The estimate was right on and the installer was personable and knowledgeable. He did his work in a very professional manor and cleaned up so thoroughly you would never know he had been there. Neither man minded answering questions and if something arose I needed to be aware of I was told immediately. I'd highly recommend this company and I'd hire them in a split second if the need occurred for help.
Description of Work: installed insulation between the basement and upstairs flooring.

Description of Work: I have used this Company several times for various services. They did roofing, interior painting, chimney repointing and misc other items for me over the last 2 years. I found them responsive to my needs, punctual when appoints were scheduled and complete in the items requested. The interior painting included removing wallpaper and preparing the walls for repainting. I was satisfied with the work completed and have dad them back for several other jobs over the last 2 years.
