Everything was done to near perfection.
Exterior of house trim, etc. is perfect.
Kitchen looks nearly new, and repairs were excellent.
Family room ceiling is excellent match.
WIndow sills, hand rail installation and shower wall repair are good.
Only glitch is the surface of the upper stair bannister paint, after two attempts, is not completely holding paint.
Contractor offered to try a third time, but the homeowners were preparing to move.
The outside water proofing of the foundation not only looks great, but through two heavy rains, there has been no water
in the basement.

These gentlemen were very polite and courteous. The estimate was right on and the installer was personable and knowledgeable. He did his work in a very professional manor and cleaned up so thoroughly you would never know he had been there. Neither man minded answering questions and if something arose I needed to be aware of I was told immediately. I'd highly recommend this company and I'd hire them in a split second if the need occurred for help.

They are overall good people. They pay attention to what the customer has to say as well as the customers needs. They do the work to the customers satisfaction.
