Scott deep-cleaned our carpets for us before a move. He was communicative, friendly, prompt, and did a great job--can't really ask for anything more. Pricing was within range of other companies in the area. Will definitely use him again if we need carpet cleaning services in the future.

We were very happy with the service, the gentleman was very polite and easy to work with; he was prompt and efficient.

I received a call about 20 minutes prior to arrival, which is what we had agreed upon to allow me time to get home from my office. We discussed the stains in my hallway from my two dogs and he explained what happens when the urine seeps into the padding. After using an instrument to check to see that it was dog piddle, the stains were treated and then the hallway and stairs were cleaned. We also discussed that the stains may creep back over time and what my options were.

Even though I had so little cleaned I was able to use my discount coupon from my initial second-floor cleaning. It was another great experience and I would recommend this company highly.

He was good and very careful. He put pads under the furniture and the carpet looked great. He also cleaned the bathroom tile and it looked great. I would definitely call him again.

Scott arrived right on time, took a look at the job and provided me with a cost quote. He then proceeded to clean my upstairs rooms, halls and the stairs quickly and professionally. Once he was completed, he made sure that all the ceiling fans were on and that all the lights were off in the rooms.
He let me know about how long it would take for the area to dry and he was absolutely correct.

They were very professional, showed up on time, and did a wonderful job.  They were very responsive when I called them about some issues with a berber carpet in a dark basement room.  They actually came back and cleaned it a second time without any questions, and it was perfectly clean after that point.

The job went very well. They were quick and were very courteous. They did a fantastic job. They show up exactly when they are supposed to. They get right to the work and do whatever they have to do. They took care of a few spots on the carpet that I wasn?t able to get out myself. I would definitely use their services in the future too.
