When the Black Landscape delivered the sand, their truck, which was NOT 4 wheel drive, became stuck.  Another Black Landscape truck came and pulled the stuck truck out of our yard.  As a result there were deep ruts left in our front and back yards,  On two phone calls, Black Landscape said they would repair these ruts.  Six months have passed and the ugly ruts have not been repaired.

They prepared some flower beds but did not do landscaping so much. They are really very thorough with the hardscape. They had a rough time last year because of all the clean up from storms. It took a while to get it started. I do not know how many crews they have, but they have two people to do the whole thing basically. I think they did a real high quality job with the hardscape. They spent a lot of time in preparing the base to make sure that it was really good before they got started. They did an excellent job. I do not think the price was inexpensive, but it was probably a fair price.

They are dependable.  What I really like is that they are a no-nonsense company.  They show up on time and leave on time, and they make sure everything is done right.  Even if it is not done how I wanted, they have no problem coming back.  They are a bit expensive but they do a great job.  I am paying for the quality
