He was great, he did a great job. He did a good job cleaning up becaue he made a mess with all the drilling in the doors.

Based on good reviews from Angie's List, I called the company for help getting new keys for a lock. They answered my call immediately and were able to perform the service the same day. In fact, they were at my house within about an hour! The work was performed as described, and the locksmith also helped me with another door latch set that I was having some problems with. He was very professional and spent a long time educating me and explaining what he was doing. I was extremely pleased with the work he did and the experience as a whole. This will be my locksmith of choice for any future issues.

Called the company to replace a dead bolt on our front door. He arrived when promised and did the work in a professional manner. He allowed us to purchase a dead bolt ourselves and did not try to convince us to go with his suppliers. We also had him fix some other door locks that we had not intended for him to look at. He was very pleasant and explained what we needed and why. We would use this company again.

I called on Monday to have a new doorknob and deadbolt installed in my front door. The locksmith was able to come out Tuesday to do the job. My door is pretty old and beat up, so it took longer than he had planned because he had to chisel some wood out of the door and realign the locks, but he was still pleasant and chatted with me while he did the work. He also had full service equipment in his truck to make me extra keys while he was here. He was very nice and I would recommend his company to anyone locally in need of a locksmith.
