owner came quickly to see our house and give an estimate. he bid on the job and quickly picked out products. He arrived mid october to get a down payment and related he would begin the next day. He came the next day and completed work for 3 hours. He then did not come back for 2 weeks providing excuses for each inquiry. He continued to provide reasons for the delay and as I would check on his reasons, they would be lies. example was ordering the tile. He related he was picking up the tile but when I checked with the company they had no order for my project. Finally send a sub contractor on December 21-23 to place tile although it was 30 degerees and the tile job was terrible. Uneven height wise. Uneven spacing. and it was not sloped an needed and requested by the homeowner. The grout used for a small area of stone work was down with grat cement and not the brown colored grout that would match the rest of the house. This company are scammers looking for big payments and providing a terrible in accurate, and incomplete job. We were recommended this company by Angi. This is our second time being scammed for this deck work. We are honest people who are willing to pay for a good and complete job. This company is anything but that.
