They were ridiculous. They started the conversation by saying that if we don't have $25,000 we are not even going to have the conversation. I finally had it done for $7,800.They were on time.

John, from Sears, came exactly @ the time designated. He did this project by himself. And a great job he did. He had come previously to measure, etc. When he came the morning of the tear down and installation, he was very professional, very pleasant, very nice..I would use Sears again for anything( doors, windows, and all my appliances. They are a great team of people..Heidi Grams

John showed up promptly at 8:30 AM, measured, got the framework measured again and did a perfect job on the doors. The color was exactly what I ordered.

Great experience buying and delivery of all items.

They called me fifteen minutes before they were supposed to arrive and canceled the appointment. I was not pleased with this short notice as I had taken the day off work to be there.

I bought my dryer and stove from SEARS, so they come out and service my appliances. They do a pretty good job. They are responsive. I don't remember how much they charged me, but it was not very high. I would use their services in the future also.

Its installed and installed right, the installer was suppose to come on Saturday and said he didnt have time then was suppose to come on Monday fianlly showed up on Tuesday was suppose to come at 4pm he never showed up till 8pm in the evening. The procedure was kind of strange because apparently the dishwasher was suppose to be delivered by one truck and the installer came in another and dispose of the old dishwasher was a big disconnect between the actual purchase and installation.
