 + -1 moreGail Peterson came to our house about the end of June. He said he could do the job in about 2 weeks. He made a reference that he "always services a pretty lady." Over a month went by and we hadn't heard from him so we called again. He was on vacation but did return our call the next week. He said unfortunately that he would be unable to do our job till next May because they are swamped with school contracts. So much for customer service!
Description of Work: We contacted Gail Peterson to repair some carpet seams. Peterson flooring had previously installed whole house carpeting.
