I had to wait 3 hours for a scheduled oil change service. This was my third time using them. They are nice and do a good job, but the wait for scheduled appts is always hours.

They take a long time to get anything done. It's really best to use them to drop the car off and come back later and have something else drive you or whatever. I have to wait but if you are really impatient, it would be annoying. I would find somewhere else to be, brought some knitting with me and there's a t.v. there so I didn't mind waiting but the other time I dropped it off at around 9 a.m. and came back and they didn't call me to tell me it was ready until 2 in the afternoon. They do take appointments and I called the day before but they said they're going to be busy and they warned me and said I'd probably would want to drop it off but they did give me a heads-up with that.
