I had a problem with my electrical system and had lost most of our power. Also, in the previous weeks the lights had been flickering when it was windy outside. Mr. Faivre was out at my house about an hour after I called him. He inspected the electrical box then came back with a crew and a crane and bucket truck to check the farm pole. After finding the problem, they went out for parts and came back again. In all it was about four hours worth of work and they only charged $240. Mr. Faivre was very professional and well spoken. He did a good job of explaining to me was the problem was and showed me the parts he had removed.
