The technicians are great! The service itself is terrible. When it works ,it's great. Problem is.... It never works. They come out to the house to fix it all the time. Not once has the service gotten any better. If anything it gets worse and worse. With no answers. Worst part!!! They are the only provider in the area. Well, there is another but their service is way worse!

They are by far head and shoulders the best internet access you can get out here. The telephone is not the best but the internet is the best. I will continue to use them.

On Saturday I had trouble watching the movie so I gave them a call to see why the internet kept pausing. Basically they are the only provider around here. The alternative is no good. I don't like the cable system but I recommend them because they are the only ones that is decent. They are kind of expensive. They are prompt when we have a problem.

I was with another provider before them. I had so many problems with the quality and the sound. I called them to fix it, and they never did. So, I dropped them and went to Armstrong. I haven't had a problem since. Some of the guys didn't know what they were doing. They did send them out for free.
