ANNIE'S CARPET CLEANING AND FLOORING

Annie's Carpet Cleaning was recommended to me by the man who painted the interior of my home, not as a carpet cleaning service, but as a flooring sales and installation business. I looked first on Angie's List to see if Annie's was reviewed, and it was not. However, there were other flooring businesses in my area who WERE reviewed. Based on those reviews, we did NOT select some of them. Instead, we visited with one that my sister-in-law had done business with and took a few flooring samples home with us. An appointment was made for the following Wednesday for the salesman from that company to come and measure and give us an estimate. When we got home, we also called Annie's and spoke with John, the owner. He met us at his shop that same day, showed us around, and made several recommendations based on our needs. Again, that same afternoon, he came to the house, did some measurements, made additional recommendations, and gave us an estimate. Based on John's friendly and outgoing personality, his obvious knowledge of the business, and his willingness to begin the job quickly, we decided that day to go with Annie's. And let me say this - John did not ask for any money up front. He said that when the job was finished, he would make certain that we were satisfied before he would bill us. We did not cancel the Wednesday appointment with his competitor, so as to have a comparison price to go by. Unfortunately for them, the competitor forgot his appointment with us and did not call to apologize until 2 days later.
John's crew started the following week. It was amazing how quickly they were able to strip out the old carpet and haul it away. Less than a week later, the new carpet, ceramic tile, and luxury tile were installed, and what a wonderful job it was! John came by a few days later to conclude our business. Recently, a minor concern arose, and one quick call to John had him at the house just two hours later. He addressed the concern to our satisfaction and made certain that he would do the same if we ever needed to call again.
I would most highly recommend Annie's Carpet Cleaning - and not because they cleaned my carpet - but because they offer high quality flooring at affordable prices and the installation and aftercare more than met our expectations. And when it's time for a cleaning or additional flooring, you can bet we'll call John again. Thank you Annie's for a job well done!!!
